Bloom

Flying Unicorn is featuring the Rossi Belle Collection this month in their Kit of the Month. So yet another fun mixed media layout.

I love Echinacea, when almost all is done blooming in the gardens, you can always count on the cone flower to bloom long into fall.  I was on the fench weather or not to use the purple or the red.  I think the purple brings the colours of the background paper  out more.

I think of a rustic old farm when I think of cone flowers and farms and chicken wire go hand in hand for the most part. I decided to add a little to the layout for more dimension. Along with some crackle paste and antiquing cream.

I sprayed the chippie with a couple different sprays to match the flowers.  I just love the copper tones.

I hope you enjoy.
